Once your payment is processed, we will reserve your custom shoes. At that time, you will need to provide us with a photo of both your RIGHT and LEFT foot in a Brannock style foot measuring device. These devices are commonly found and can be used for FREE at any local shoe store. They can also be purchased online via Amazon or the offical Brannock website. We will also need you to fill out our online "Sizing Form."

Our reason for requiring such an accurate measurement is because every shoe is a custom piece of artwork and CAN NOT BE RETURNED!

All of this information will be sent to you via EMAIL immediately following your payment. You will receive a link to fill out a simple online form. This will help guide you through the process and provide us with any additional sizing information we may need.
All sales are final and non refundable.

The Buyer agrees to provide ALL sizing information required to accurately fit our shoes.

In the unlikely event there remains a sizing issue, Rithem Dance Company will replace the shoes and have an additional pair made in the correct size. The Buyer will pay for any RETURN shipping of the incorrect shoes to RDC and likewise, RDC will pay for all shipping of the replacement shoes to the Buyer.

The paints used on Rithem Kicks are professional, industry-standard paints and finishes, specificaly made for customizing leather products. These paints have been used on athletic cleats, sneakers, dress shoes, designer handbags and more. Cracking and peeling should not be a concern, however, normal wear and tear is to be expected.

Every pair of Rithem Kicks are unique, artistic creations. Photos represent the "general design" of the shoe. Smaller details may differ and only add to the uniqueness of your Rithem Kicks.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery once all sizing information has been confirmed.

Shipping is FREE within the Continental United States via USPS.

International locations may incure some additional shipping charges.
